Description dh85868993 2013-11-15 12:51:20 UTC
When I'm logged in to the English Wikipedia (using IE10 on Windows 7), the Echo notification tool is not clickable most of the time (regardless of whether or not I have any unread notifications). When I refresh a Wikipedia page using my browser's Refresh button, my toolbar shows "DH85868993 [0] talk preferences watchlist contributions log out" and the notification tool ("[0]") is clickable. A few seconds later, "sandbox" appears between "talk" and "preferences" and a "person" icon is displayed to the left of my username, and then the notification tool is no longer clickable.

P.S. This is using the MonoBook skin. If I use the Modern, Vector or Cologne Blue skins, the notification tool is always clickable.
P.P.S. I first noticed this about the 3rd of November

This problem appears to have been resolved, i.e. I now find the Echo notification tool to always be clickable.
