Sorry but the bot HAST TO DO THIS! Or how should you be able to find out what the error was?! There is no reliable logging system else. And you should note that the bot cleans this messages by itself automatically after the issue was solved.

The origin of this are deleted templates and not bot code issues!!

I disagree. You may use a private log file or loggin page for this messages instead of putting them over and over again. See also https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:WikiProjekt_Bundesverdienstkreuz/Sorgenkinder&diff=prev&oldid=124496998 which cause a bug message and has not to do with deleted templates.
