Description MZMcBride 2013-11-18 05:35:28 UTC
Using Flow, #anchors don't link properly. For example, on "User talk:Quiddity", if I add "#anchor", I'd expect an internal hyperlink to "User talk:Quiddity#anchor" to be created. Instead, it always creates a link to "Main Page#anchor".

The fix for bug 54892 will probably fix this. Then anchor links to spans with ids or to the anchor template should work. Unlike article pages, Flow doesn't create an anchor for a heading in a post

If you find some ID in a nearby post and use that in a #anchor link, it won't work reliably, because Flow doesn't load all topics on the page at once. Instead copy and paste the post's permalink.
