Add an option to fetch the information in another language

Currently all values are in English:
"ImageDescription", "DateTimeOriginal", "Credit", maybe other are worth to fetch a translated value.

Keep in mind a fallback to English.

This is already possible, with the iiextmetadatalanguage / iiextmetadatamultilang parameters (see doc[1]). It should work at least for descriptions using the standard language templates, and for file-based metadata (EXIF etc). Language fallbacks are also handled properly.
