I am getting a connection error while connecting to tools-login.wmflabs.org from MySQL Workbench. My username is - u3876 which I got from the replica.cnf file.

Could you please provide exact steps (step by step) to reproduce, so somebody else could follow your steps? (Of course, please do not share private/confidential information.)
