move from pmtpa was RT #6134.

antimony is the new host. ping says host is up. Not accepting HTTPS connections from outside (not even with nc) but not rejecting either, just sitting there. and watchmouse says it's dead too.

icinga says HTTPS is fine and I was able to successfully fetch cache misses (with Age: 0) from git.wikimedia.org

This was due to new firewall rules. Faidon fixed it (thanks!)
