In read mode

Steps to reproduce:

1.Click on the Edit source.

2. Type the following:

table test title

{| border="0"
|+ my table

|-
|first cell 
|second cell 
|third cell
|-
|1
|2
|3

|}

3.Save the page
4.View the page in read mode
5.Open the page in VE mode.

Observed Result:
There is not border for the table in read mode but when you open the page in VE mode it renders the table with a border=1.
