On a Flow board, click a post's permalink icon.

The post gets a green bar indicator in the current page without any scrolling behavior, and then Flow loads the permalink URL which loads just that topic and redisplays the green bar. I think showing the green bar the first time is a distraction.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/508, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
