https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:%CE%A3 does have Visual Editor as an option, and any (source) editing whatsoever to it results in the message "Your edit has been rejected because your client mangled the punctuation characters in the edit token. The edit has been rejected to prevent corruption of the page text. This sometimes happens when you are using a buggy web-based anonymous proxy service. "

That should read *doesn't* have VE as an option

I can't edit any pages without this error. FF25.0 on Linux. Chromium works okay.

Oh, and other pages have VE available, and I can edit using VE, but not edit source.

Only occurs when logged in; editing as an anon works
