See http://tools.wmflabs.org/guc/?user=Translation%20Notification%20Bot (or, better, https://toolserver.org/~pathoschild/crossactivity/?user=Translation%20Notification%20Bot whenever they fix replication): no single notification was posted on any wiki other than Meta since August 31.

There was a notification 5 weeks later to even more recipients https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&dir=prev&offset=20130830210400&limit=3&type=notifytranslators and even though it's a while I doubt every single crosswiki translator unsubscribed in this period of time.

Found while experiencing bug 55397. In that period, 1.22wmf15-20 were deployed.
Change-Id I879c6cec1598d52977d19a15a41ccede7d866c97 is the only change to this extension in those releases.
Change-Id I561f03b0526685f51138d723f9eb7196725e0b93 is the only core change mentioning "job" in the commit message title.

Date lines up perfectly with https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/October_2013_private_data_security_issue, I'm guessing someone just needs to login and reset the password?
Comment 2 Niklas Laxström 2013-11-24 15:00:11 UTC
That seemed to be the case. I've changed the password and updated the new password in the config.

The user has no email configured so we did not get notification.
