If a topic is started by an anonymous user, it will display to any user viewing the page as "Topic started by [VIEWER'S IP ADDRESS]" instead of "Topic started by [STARTER'S IP ADDRESS]".

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/523, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

Oh, not this again! (I say "again" because when Andrew was reimplementing LQT, the same bug occurred). There's a patch in at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/97494/
