It looks like php unit is not running test files with a underscore in the file name or in the class name.

Gerrit change #97347 fails on renaming tests, which should not, because the test itself was not changed.

The tree tests are:
RevisionStorageTest_ContentHandlerUseDB.php
WikiPageTest_ContentHandlerUseDB.php
LanguageBe_taraskTest.php
