The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/534, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
Comment 2 Oliver Keyes 2013-11-29 20:46:16 UTC
I assume that the message is used in topic history, hence the tense, and so won't commit a change myself :/.
Comment 3 Kunal Mehta (Legoktm) 2014-02-05 03:09:25 UTC
Does this bug apply to log entries too? suppression log entries aren't going to recentchanges anymore after bug 60814.
Comment 4 Maryana Pinchuk 2014-04-07 22:56:30 UTC
To quote Deskana, "only oversighters can see those entries in contributions now, and they can see all of it so the grammar makes sense." :)
