The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/540, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
What is the bug here? Nothing is obviously broken in the screenshot.
Is "asdf" a date?

Indeed; my apologies :). With bugs on things like Flow (which are being actively developed) I tend to assume it'll be picked up by one of the staff devs on the team (who can then turn around and go "Oliver, what the hell does this mean?").
I think Eloquence is reporting something similar in http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Flow_bugs&workflow=050a10fcf34734dffb6efa163e68c4ac [[File:Example.jpg]] and ==asdf== aren't parsed in titles (bug 57153), but arse parsed in Special:RecentChanges. In the Flow talk page Eloquence comments "There's a subset of markup that's typically supported for such purposes, see Linker::formatComment"

Posting a file image in the "Hide post" moderation field, also triggers this problem (shows up in RC, and elsewhere like Topic-History).
