It is setup with one property that creates the page name and then the one of the subobject properties taxt the text entered itno it and concatinates it with the page name to display in the property page name + Property is "Version".

I'm afraid I don't understand the report. Are you talking about Semantic MediaWiki or Wikidata, maybe? Or something else?
