IIRC it's managed by Office IT, but bugzilla doesn't find any account for Chip and Julie.

I'll forward this to Office IT.
Comment 3 Erik Moeller 2013-12-02 07:53:25 UTC
It's hosted on the office servers right now, but engineering manages the license - IT can't help, so please close the ticket with them to avoid confusion. I already requested a new key, and we're moving to a ThoughtWorks-hosted version shortly.
Comment 4 Nemo 2013-12-03 08:03:52 UTC
No more license warnings, but mingle regressed to asking login (still works: guest, guest).
Comment 5 Erik Moeller 2013-12-03 08:09:34 UTC
Huh, bizarre - thanks for the pointer, Nemo, will poke.
Comment 6 Arthur Richards 2013-12-03 21:30:01 UTC
Head's up that Erik got us yet another new license, which reenabled anonymous access.
