python-flake8 (bug 53355) requires python-mccabe as a dependency so we need to backport it.

The package from Saucy fails to build because dh_python3 is out of date:

 dh_python3: error: no such option: --shebang

Wontfix, we are now using tox / venv / pip in labs instance.
