Current entries read something like "topic) . . Talk:Flow bugs; 18:12 . . Ironholds (Talk | contribs | block) added a comment." This isn't very useful; topics provide as much (if not far more) context as a page. In addition, it doesn't scale to the multi-page setup we're talking about. How about: $TOPIC on $PAGE; $TIMESTAMP $USER added a comment.
The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/553, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
Alternate idea; $PAGE; $TIMESTAMP $USER added a comment to $TOPIC
