Oren, I'm afraid that CSV has some mysterious nasty character in it, and that's why it's not working. I'm adding an attachment with the same exact user names. I've tried my version and it uploads properly.

Messing around with the files I've noticed that the bug seems to be due to windows type newlines \n\r when replaced to \n the file works.

this can be fixed by adding a regex.

I'm also having loading cohorts with hebrew user names.

The line ending issues has been fixed, wikimetrics is more tolerant of its Windows users :)
