There should be some sort of default version of the 'Proofreadpage_index_template' message included with proofread page. It doesn't have to be fancy like wikisource's is (and unlike wikisource, it probably should not need parser funcs), but proofread page should be able to work out of the box, without requiring the creation of any templates.

The idea is to add to ProofreadPage.i18n.php a simplified version of https://en.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Proofreadpage_index_template&action=edit that would use only the parameters set in the proofreadpage_index_attributes message and does not require parser functions (#if...)
