one or two isn't bad, but 5 and it starts getting excessive.  See attached screenshot. They could perhaps be bundled, or the design of moderated topics could shrink.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/597, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

I think the first obvious step is to make the type less huge and bold. We've got a card for changing the visuals on the small view (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c1/Flow_collapsed_Collapsed_1Line.png) <- this is how moderated topic titles should look, as well.
