What it says on the tin; at the moment it just opens up to a totally blank field, which is confusing.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/605, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

Other than the minor bug reported in bug 63657 (see attachment 15045 [details]), this issue is now fixed.
