To reproduce:

1. Edit a page with a template.
2. Click the template so the darker blue sprite appears.
3. Resize the window.

Observed: The transparent blue sprite stays at the same place on the screen.

Expected: The transparent blue sprite should move to the new location of the template of the screen.

This is now fixed.
