The author and source information should always appear above the fold, along with the title and license info. Right now, this has been pushed back below the fold (perhaps to make room for the meta-data icon?), and is currently shown against a strange black background, rather than being part of the gray meta-data panel. I also think it would be worth it to add the word 'By:' in front of the author name, to make it clear that this is meant to be an author name.
