I came across this edit <https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=PRISM%2Fda&diff=5597129&oldid=5575983> on Meta-Wiki, but was unable to revert it with the error "This page cannot be updated manually. This page is a translation of the page PRISM and the translation can be updated using the translation tool." 

However, the translation tool is not showing that particular section and both a meta admin and I can't seem to find a way to remove it.

You just need a dummy edit (because you deleted the translation units instead of undoing the edits).

Okay, I see. Neither of us had deleted the units though, they just didn't exist. Maybe someone else deleted them at one point and forgot to do that additional step.
