Design the mockups for the Wikisource pages to be displayed on mobile/tablet. The mockups are to be made for the Index, Page and Main namespace.

Hi Aarti, I have many questions and concerns about this report that you are proposing as a Google Code-in task:

* Are you referring to English Wikisource or to a general mockup or any Wikisource project?

* Do you mean improving https://en.m.wikisource.org/wiki/Main_Page or doing something different?

* Students should be aware of MobileFrontend's design and limitations.

* Is there any community discussion related to this? We don't want to send GCI students where there is no community agreement yet.

* In any case, solving "Index, Page and Main namespace" looks well beyond the complexity and amount of work of a single GCI task.
