When code on beta labs is updated, that often makes tests running on test2wiki fail. 

It would be nice to check out browsertests for a repo according to what version of the repo is running.

Fixed up by using a thin python script that find the branch of the target wiki and then check it out if it exists in the repo holding the browser tests.  Details are on https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62509
