1) Go to http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:MainPage as unregistered user
2) Create an account as non-translator
3) Visit http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:FirstSteps 

I) Observed: registration step is said "done", my browser language (it) is chosen as translation language.

4) Confirm the chosen language

II) Observed: the text area for bio appears.

5) Enter/leave any text and confirm.

III) Observed: a userpage is created.
