In kk-wiki (https://kk.wikipedia.org/) when I change my language (using Language selector or ?uselang) it does not change the language in main namespace. E.g. try https://kk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Қыз_ұзату_кәделері?setlang=en and it does not change the language in menu.

Seems to be a problem with ULS.
