Special:Import is set to import pages from pt.wikipedia, pt.wiktionary, pt.wikisource, pt.wikinews, pt.wikiquote, pt.wikibooks, pt.wikiversity, meta.wikimedia and commons.wikimedia but currently is working only to import from meta.wikimedia and commons.wikimedia.

The error message displayed is [[MediaWiki:Importcantopen]].

This seems more like a MediaWiki issue than a Wikimedia => Site requests one.

I don't think so, let's keep it in site reqs for now. Moving back to site reqs and retaking.
