Old threads support indentation. Flow does not.

Please implement thread depth setting which users can specify in their preferences. Default to 1 if you like for "friendliness" or whatever you have in mind! The default would be able to be changed at a local project community discussion.

When the indentation limit is exceeded, a {{outdent}}-like thing is shown.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/672, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

I think it should be a site-wide setting, not a user preference.
