The same is true for the enwiki_p database. I can't get in via command line, nor phpmyadmin, nor php. IRC advised that I file a bug report here, as my permissions need modifying. The affected username is "verisimilus".

This is an administrative problem and belongs rather to the Toolserver ( https://jira.toolserver.org/browse/TS ) project. It doesn't seem to be possible to move an issue, so you'll have to reopen it there (if it's still an issue that is).
