But now to your problem, sadly we aren't able to scan the page text using the database, we can only scan the meta data, so the best thing I could give you over here would be a list of the bots edited pages, which include the 'francia' template and aren't including the 'divisione amministrativa' template (sadly I can't look for parameters), as far as I see if for now.
