Update the bot code to actual pywikipedia revision before releasing.

Done. But not that important anymore, since we use the SVN head repo (or a rev close to it) from now on as actual (productive) code. Thus we have always a copy of the old working bot code in the SVN repo, if something goes wrong during updating. The main idea is to keep the SVN repo more or less in sync with the ts data.
