Description Sjoerd de Bruin 2014-01-03 22:05:05 UTC
Hello,

A user named Grashoofd added a lot of articles to the Dutch Wikipedia with his bot named "GrashoofdBot". I'm interested in video games, and he've added a lot of them. But, they lack much information and they are not always good categorized.

Now I want to start a project to check all the video game pages added by this bot with a checklist. So I would like the following:

All pages created by the user "GrashoofdBot" that are located in one of the subcategories of the category "Computerspel". This all in a easily extensible table in wiki-markup.

Thanks in advance.

The request can easily be fulfilled without having to do such query. We have on the Dutch Wikipedia a request page for this kind of requests which works fine. The query itself is already done: https://nl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Gebruiker:Romaine/Kladblok6&oldid=40016025

The "how" in this case was using AWB to intersect the user contributions with the recursive category contents.
