Both components created, but one question remains: "WMT bots": I fail to find an item on https://tools.wmflabs.org/?list with that name. Is this the same as https://tools.wmflabs.org/irc-wmt/ ? Because in that case I'd prefer to keep consistent names across infrastructure. [Plus not "easy" as you need to be admin to do this; hence removing keyword.]

It's okay to call it whatever you want as long as it contains "wmt" or "WMT".

I did not know that "easy" was for new devs. I thought it was for things that only required configuration changes or a minute or two of time.
