Intention:
Copyedit an article

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I italicized two words.  I cut two sentences (including links and one ref) and pasted them in a different place.
2. I tried to save the page.


Actual Results:  
The "Save" button looks normal, but clicking on it does nothing.

Expected Results:  
That I could save the page.  When I re-opened the page in VisualEditor and made the same changes, it worked (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Neuralgia&diff=589057635&oldid=580866827).

Also, in cases like this where pressing things (buttons etc.) appear to have no affect, you should try checking the JS console for errors.
