The Monolog logger is writing log messages at debug level regardless of the value of the LOG_LEVEL or SLIM_MODE configuration settings. This seems to be a confluence of two bugs:
* Config::getStr() returns an empty string rather than then configured default value when getenv() returns false.
* Monolog expects numeric logging level values rather than strings.

Deployed to production and verified that debug messages are no longer being logged.
