The characteristic Wikipedia typography (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia_wordmark.svg?uselang=de) should be added inside the QR code at the center.

This would have the advantage of encouraging users to scan the code by making it clear that it is a Wikipedia code, and that the user will not end up at a commercial  site.
