Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE which contains two or more paragraphs
2.At the end of the page select a text
3.Press command+K and apply a link

Observed Result:
The page fous automatically scrolls up and if you scroll down a bit you will see the link inspector is broken as shown in the screenshot.

OS: MAC OS X 10. 8. 5

Observed Result:
1.The page *focus* automatically scrolls up

I believe that this is now fixed in master (but not in Beta Labs yet). Can reproduce in wmf11 but not in master, so closing as fixed by Roan's change in Gerrit change #108082.
