Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Open the Categories Dialog box from Settings>Categories

Observed Result:
The error " Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'langlinks' of undefined " appears in the console.

Test Environment: http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/
Browser: Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65 
OS: MAC OS X 10. 8. 5

The error also appears when user goes to Setting>Page Settings.

Not appearing any more .Got fixed in wmf11
