Description spage 2014-01-08 01:42:48 UTC
It's not clear how the "Tag the edit for further review" option for AbuseFilter rules would work for Flow. Maybe it would add something to the Special:RecentChanges entry for FLow.

This is mentioned in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Flow/Administration_notes

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/flow/cards/701, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

FWIW, I took a very quick look at that code in AbuseFilter yesterday - this is pretty much what it does for article edits.

AFAICT, when running a filter is matched and it needs to tag, something is added to array AbuseFilter::$tagsToSet, which is then read from a hook triggered when saving recentchanges for an article edit (RecentChange_save)

We may be able to get this tag indication into the presentation of Flow changes in RecentChanges, Watchlist, Special:Log and history.
