Similiar to the agreement for "Applicant Rights & Consent to Data Processing and Transfer", the three tick box for Application agreement for visa, incidentals & travel condition need to be mandatory and agreed to before an applicant can submit the form.

The final call is up to Ellie, but we had talked about this previously. The legacy application did not make these fields required and the committee did not mark them as required during their update process for the 2014 application round. I'm pretty sure that at least the travel condition is not mandatory for award of scholarship.

Failure to mark them as required was an oversight. The committee had agreed on "Mak[ing] agreement of application conditions mandatory for successful 
form submission" during its meeting on 9 December 2013.
