yields an error message:

PHP fatal error in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.23wmf9/extensions/Flow/includes/Block/Header.php line 196:
Call to undefined function Flow\Block\getHex() 

The error message is in German, which seems to be an error. It might be country selected (I live in Germany), but it should be language selected (my browser, newest Firefox under Windows, has preferred en-content negotiation.
