The job is still triggered by Zuul via `gate-and-submit` but somehow it
was no more referenced in JJB.  That means although the job was still 
around, it was no more being updated :-D

Refreshed job, it is working properly.

I have refreshed the job in Jenkins and retriggered it:

That solved the issue.
