Created attachment 14275 [details] In read mode Steps to reproduce: 1.Open a page with VE 2.Add few images to the page 3.Save the Page 4.Now click on any of the newly added images 5.Press back button from the browser to go back to the article Observed Result: The images in the page gets disappeared in the readmode though opening the VE shows up all the images. Test Environment:https://test2.wikipedia.org/ Browser: Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65 OS: MAC OS X 10. 8. 5 Page:https://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wmf10 See the screenshots attached.

Slight modification in the steps: 1.Open a page with VE 2.Add a heading/subheading to the page 3.Place the cursor right after the heading text 4.Insert an image 5.Save the page 6.Now click on any of the newly added images 7.Press back button from the browser to go back to the article Observed Result: The newly added image and the heading is not showing up in the readmode.
This is occurring in mw.org too for adding any image.
Cannot reproduce it now.
