Description Dominique Michel 2014-01-11 03:50:17 UTC
On https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Histoire_de_la_musique#Origines_de_la_musique
it is the reference

<ref name="Jeanne">Jeanne Bovet, ''La musique dans la joie'', Berne, éditions Les cahiers de la joie, 1972.</ref>

that appers appear 3 times in that section of the page, and another time in the next section. As it is now, the compplete reference is used for the first 2 times, and only the short form is used for the last 2 times:

<ref name="Jeanne"/>

The result is that I get the reference at the bottom of the page, but only 3 times, the first reference is skipped.

If I replace the second complete reference by its short form, I only get an error message at the page's bottom like what it is no reference called Jeanne.

Regards,
Dominique

You're only supposed to use the complete reference once. Use <ref name="Jeanne"/> all the rest of the times.

I fixed the page in question.
