When given an URL which points to a list of photos, UploadWizard skips photos which have a wrong license without any warning. (The same will happen to blacklisted photos once https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/42770 gets merged.) There should be some feedback explaining which photos were skipped, why they were skipped, and offering further information (such as the difference between various CC licenses).
