Hello, Sorry because my English is poor too. Does your reference include a template/transclusion such as "cite web", "lien web" or an equivalent? This is maybe the cause, as I have had this problem on fr.wp. It was impossible to add any template, because of https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55985 .
