Description kenan wang 2014-01-15 20:19:56 UTC
Entire paragraph get highlights and you can't de-select them

Single word select is not possible (Default browser behavior with long press which gives you the copy paste dialogue)

should be able to single tap anywhere in content (exclude infoboxes, HTMl elements and other things that have to be edited in transclusion dialogue) to have cursor and keyboard appear
Comment 3 Jon 2014-01-27 22:59:04 UTC
Can you clarify this bug? I'm a bit confused at how I can replicate it and what exactly this relates to...
Comment 4 Jon 2014-01-31 20:38:11 UTC
Still need clarification...
Comment 5 Ryan Kaldari 2014-02-04 19:52:11 UTC
I can't replicate this bug. It seems to work fine on my iPhone: single tap to insert cursor, double-tab to select word, long tap inserts cursor with contextual menu.

Kenan: Do you have any steps to reproduce and/or browser specs that you're using?
Comment 6 Jon 2014-02-04 20:15:04 UTC
Is this trying to explain bug 60841 in a terrible way?
Comment 7 kenan wang 2014-02-06 00:25:56 UTC
Hey I think Jon is right probably that Bug 60841 is the same as this.

Also, Kaldari how did you see VE on your iPhone?
